UT Austin will strive to ensure every graduate can fully participate in Commencement activities. Degree candidates with disabilities, who need accommodations to participate in a college or school event, are asked to contact their college, school or department representative to ensure proper arrangements are made prior to arrival at Commencement activities.
Please note that accommodation requests from graduating students must be made five business days in advance of Commencement programs. While every effort will be made, the university may be unable to fulfill last-minute requests.
For the university-wide ceremony, degree candidates requesting accommodation are asked to contact University Events and Experience.
